The Dante Alighieri Society of South Australia is proud to announce that our Circolo Studio Divina Commedia, lead by Ciro Pipolo, will broadcast a live monthly radio program, ‘DANTE PER TUTTI’, starting from Monday 18th February at Radio Italia Uno Adelaide (frequenza FM 87.6).
During the program a group of self-taught and passionate readers of Dante Alighieri’s Divine Comedy , which in the past regularly met at the Dante Alighieri’s association premises, will now continue to read and discuss live on radio the ‘canti’ from the Divina Commedia, the Italian masterpiece written by Dante Alighieri in the early 14th century.
When possible, each canto will be shortly introduced by Professor Luciana D’Arcangeli from Finders University and then interpreted by the group of novices. Our aim is to make Dante’s old Italian writing and meaning of the Divine Comedy accessible to everyone, from here the name ‘Dante per tutti’ .
